The Untold Stories
My name is Mega. I’m a girl 20 years old who have a million dreams and I’m so ambitious to achieve it. Some people said that it’s one of my bad sides but I think this is a gift as long as I don’t hurt them in order to reach these ambitions.
Ok, one of my dreams is to go around the world. I want to see the beauty of differences that God has create in this planet, meet other people from another hemisphere and interact to them, and the most important things to chase these all: to become active speaker in another language especially ENGLISH (we know that English is a global language)
But actually when I go abroad, I won’t my vacation just for spend holiday or travelling. No! Because when I visiting another country (especially advanced country) I think I have such as a responsible how to make Indonesia at least as advanced as them. Like another youth who still have a high idealism, I must give my contribution to develop Indonesia.
So, when I got accepted as one of Local Committee in AIESEC Bandung, I wish this is could be my 1st step to give my contribution for beloved Indonesia in international reputation level (especially when I go exchange to do social project). I want to hear people talk the beauty of Indonesia and also said that Indonesia could stand on a level with another country.
I have said repeatedly that I am a great enough in coordinating power because of organization I join. Organization has taught me how to be a great leader. And I will learn more about organization not only in campus but also out of campus in order to makes me have a larger connection and could support me as students who learn about Management science.
One of AIESEC event is NLDC (National Leadership Development Conference). And one of NLDC in this year going to held in Singapore. I really want to join as one of delegates from Indonesia. Because:
- As could as possible I want to be one of Indonesian good representatives in international event like NLDC.
- Learn more about leadership science.
- Meet with people from another country and learn how to interact with them considering they come from various diversities.
- Bring a good reputation for AIESEC Indonesia especially AIESEC Bandung :D
That’s all my motivation. So, please give me permission to make these vision and mission become real action. Because at least, all the things I do is not only for Indonesia but also name of AIESEC LC Bandung :)
